Drag-and-drop editor supports NPS, CSAT, scale, choice, ranking, and text with AI follow-ups. AI builder creates surveys from brief prompts, and analysis is generated as people respond.
The AI builder designs interview plans based on different goal types. A live voice AI agent, powered by LiveKit, records audio and generates transcripts.
Using the AI Interviewer, we enabled prototype testing of Reforge Build prototypes, with v0, Lovable, and Figma Make coming soon.
Customers found it hard to grasp themes quickly. Updating to concise titles, descriptions, and trend labels made themes easier to understand and act upon.
Using workflows, we recommended analyses for chats and allowed teams to request feedback from external cohorts, as well as feedback addressed through development work.
Build and manage standard templates for key product documents, with the option to chat with user feedback and include it in the documents.
Ali Riehle is a Lead Product Manager at Miro.
Before that, Ali served as a Product Lead & Designer at Reforge, where she designed AI-powered tools that help product teams collect, understand, and act on customer insights — working across Reforge Insights and Reforge Research to help teams run studies, analyze feedback, and make clearer product decisions.
Previously at LUMA Institute, Ali helped thousands of people bring Human-Centered Design into their day-to-day work through learning experiences, just-in-time tools, and on-the-job support. She helped build lumaworkplace.com from the ground up — contributing to wireframes, prototyping, content development, and user research in close partnership with developers. The platform was later acquired by MURAL.
Throughout her career, Ali has designed physical products, digital interfaces, and research-driven experiences — including furniture, online classes, and medical devices that have moved through the FDA approval process and into clinical trials. She holds a U.S. design patent and has consistently earned strong user feedback and high NPS.
Ali holds a BFA in Industrial Design and Sustainable Design from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. She is passionate about social impact, inclusive collaboration, and community building, and often facilitates sessions that bring diverse groups together to solve complex problems.
After several nomadic years (2018–2022), Ali now lives near the Chain of Lakes in Minneapolis. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring cities, hiking, writing, and cooking.
